More than 20 million tickets have been requested by fans worldwide for matches at the European Championship in 2024, demonstrating enormous interest in attending the final tournament in Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024.

There were more than 1.2 million tickets available during the application period that ended October 26. The simple and transparent process for requesting tickets, as well as match tickets available from €30, have proven to be a huge hit with fans around the world.

Statistics of the first phase of ticket sales for the European Football Championship

In total, more than 20 million ticket requests from 206 countries were received during the first sales period between October 3 and 26, 2023, with 7.8 million requests in the first 24 hours.

As many as 2,295,665 tickets were requested for the final, which was scheduled to take place at the Olympiastadion Berlin on July 14, 2024 - 33 times the stadium's capacity.

More than 1,408,000 registrations have been received for the opening match, which will be played at the Munich Football Arena on June 14, 2024 - approximately 21 times the capacity of the venue.

The lucky winners will be notified by November 14th

Tickets for all 51 matches will be allocated in early November through a lottery involving all registrations. Successful applicants will be notified by November 14 and asked to confirm their order and complete the payment process to secure their match tickets and not lose their chance to be part of the event.

Tickets for which the purchase process has not been completed within the specified period will go back on sale and fans who were not successful in the initial sales phase will be the first to be informed of the possibility of purchasing them according to their ranking in the lottery .

The next opportunity to request Euro 2024 tickets will be after the final draw on December 2, 2023, when one million tickets will be made available to fans through the 21 qualifying national associations.
