DFB and UEFA establish joint venture for EURO 2024
The German football association DFB and the European football association UEFA have entered into a partnership for the European Championship 2024. EURO 2024 GmbH was founded on December 10, 2020 with Philipp Lahm as director.
The shareholders of the Frankfurt am Main established joint venture are DFB EURO GmbH and UEFA Events SA. The necessary documents were signed in the city, with Philipp Lahm acting as director.
From this partnership, everything surrounding the European Football Championship 2024. Germany was named the host country for the tournament in September 2018.
